I live in the largest city in Maine. Portland. There’s only about 60,000 people that live here. Chump change compared to New York. Even though it’s a small city we have a drug problem. I see no solution. Some kind of cultural rot has set in.

Let me introduce you to Peter Santenelo. He has a YouTube channel. He travels around the USA and talks to the locals. For the most part, he finds problems everywhere. But the locals are usually nice.

In this video he visits Kensington in Philadelphia. A hell hole of drug abuse. The local he talked to has some good ideas.
